Two one-offs distort the opex column: February includes an $11,082 municipal tax payment (software that month was only ~$2,222) and June includes $1,040 of legal (HLB). Marketing+commissions = 1st Promoter + BAD marketing fees/commissions + CryptoData USDT commissions (negative = credits/adjustments).

Kincade (highlighted), full history: Writer $750–1,000 (2024) → Alpha Caller $1,600 (Dec 2024) → $2,500 (Jan–Sep 2025, 9 months) → raised to $3,000 (Oct 2025, held 4 months) → cut to $2,500 (Feb 2026) → cut again to $2,000 (Mar 2026). Two consecutive cuts, −$1,000/mo (−33%) off his standing rate; he felt it in April when the March payment landed. Even so, the mildest cut on the bench, and he is now the highest-paid caller. Headcount went 17 (Jan) → 9 (Jun). Not on this sheet: Luke's retainer (no paper trail, believed $30,000–60,000/mo historically) and any CryptoData/COO comp beyond the USDT commission line.

Net of the two cuts: $3,000 → $2,000, −33% in two consecutive paychecks (Feb + Mar 2026), off a rate he had held for 4 months. Both KPI sheets independently confirm Jan 2026 = $3,000. July 2026 is not yet recorded on any ledger.

The big lever is not software. It is the team line ($8,675/mo) vs the BloFin deal decision, and Luke's off-sheet retainer. Maintenance mode (2 callers + 1 mod ≈ $4,000/mo) saves another $4,675/mo, but guts the product the BloFin budget would fund. That call stays with Victor.

Data caveats (honesty box)

1. Luke Belmar's retainer is on no ledger. Believed $30,000–60,000/mo historically, no paper trail found. If active, it dwarfs everything on this page.
2. The Mercury (bank) tab is broken (#REF!) in both KPI sheets, so fiat cash and true runway are not readable. Treasury above is on-chain ETH only.
3. "Champs Sports" = CheckoutChamp (truncated bank descriptor, verified against 2024–25 ledgers). "Amazon" is almost certainly AWS, one raw descriptor check pending.
4. Payroll is not paid from the GH Sales wallet. On-chain shows only 6 outbound transfers in 8 months (2 large cashouts, Feb $56,380, twin April ~$1,435s). Contractor rail is downstream of exchange sweeps, likely USDT.
5. Wallet history is address-poisoned. Scam lookalike tokens mimic real destinations. Never copy an address from history. Test-send first, always.
